Featuring an international countertenor with an extraordinary vocal range, Terry Barber performs the biggest hits from many of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s shows plus other musical theater favorites from Hamilton, Les Misérables, and more. Barber has been a soloist for the Metropolitan Opera and has performed in venues worldwide including London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall, Carnegie Hall, Moscow’s Svetlanov Hall, to name a few. In 2023, we had the pleasure of presenting Terry here in Mercury, honoring the life and music of Freddie Mercury. Barber will be joined by a cast of stunning musicians.

Award-winning vocalist CeCe Teneal delivers the “R-E-S-P-E-C-T” that the queens of music deserve in her show “Divas of Soul.” This spectacular celebration of fifty years of chart-topping music from artists like Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Tina Turner, and more has wowed audiences worldwide. Throughout her career, CeCe has garnered nominations for four Independent Music Awards and claimed the titles for the 2011 Best R&B Song (“Train from Osteen”,) and 2018 Best Soul/Funk/Fusion Song (“Danger.”) Accompanied by piano, tracks and two backup vocalists, CeCe infuses her passion and appreciation for the female trailblazers of the music industry into every show, and ensures a night of high-quality enterainment!

Instrumental crossover string quartet “Spinphony” is breaking down barriers between classical, rock, and pop music. Mixing and mashing catchy melodies into unique arrangements such as “Bach in Black” and “Don’t Stop Beethoven”, Spinphony is more like a rock and than a string quartet with added choreography and beats. Featuring Brett Omara and Anna Morris on violin, Michaela Borth on 5 string, and Liz Gergel on cello, the group produces a one-of-a-kind sound that is refreshing and will leave audiences with a whole new appreciation for instrumental music.
